ATTITUDE:

Evelyn has shown great interest in the class. She has been an enthusiastic student and she worked hard during lessons. She’s participative and a fast learner. She’s very talkative and optimistic, there were never a dull moment with her.

READING:

Evelyn's reading skills can be considered as Above Approaching Proficiency because she can handle reading tasks exceptionally well. She reads the context clearly. However, there are just some mispronounced words due to unfamiliarity.

COMPREHENSION:

Evelyn's comprehension skills can be considered as Above Approaching Proficiency. The student is capable of understanding and comprehending reading material independently. She can understand the lesson material that we're studying easily. She can also answer the exercises without much guidance.  

SPEAKING AND PRONUNCIATION:

Speaking is an area in which Evelyn is confident.  She can express her ideas spontaneously. Her pronunciation is clear as well. She’s also capable of good conversational skills in English along with good interaction. She takes great care to minimize errors in her speaking and maintains a beautifully fluent style at the same time.

 

RECOMMENDATIONS/COMMENTS:

Evelyn has developed a fair-sized vocabulary for this level and she has learnt many new words during lessons. Nevertheless, her vocabulary needs to cover a bigger range of different topics and contexts. On the other hand, she understands quite well how to deploy words naturally and accurately. Her teacher is encouraging her to learn and review new vocabulary more during her free time and try to converse in English every day even at home. 

 

FUTURE GOALS:

Her teacher will be introducing more activities, short stories and idiomatic expressions during class to enhance the student’s speaking, pronunciation, and reading skills.
